STONE INSTALL CATAWBA 3" X 1"

A two-inch layer of Catawba 3”x1” stones will be installed on all landscaping beds of the property.

. Prior to installation, mulch will be removed to create a 2”-3” deficit from the top of the landscaping beds allowing the rocks to lay flat and level with the top of the grass, landscaping fabric will be installed at the base of all landscaping beds to prevent the rocks from sinking over time, and a brown plastic edging will be installed along all grass-rock borders to hold the rocks in their place. There will be holes in the landscaping fabric around plants so they can still get water through the dirt.
