Iron Mountain 2”x1” stones

All mulch will be removed to create a 2”-3” deficit from the top of the landscaping beds, allowing the rocks to lie flat and level, and a landscaping fabric will be installed at the base of all landscaping beds to prevent the rocks from sinking over time. There will be holes in the landscaping beds around plants so they can still get water through the dirt. A 2-inch layer of Iron Mountain 2”x1” stones will be installed on all landscaping beds of the property
All landscaping beds on the property that are not receiving rocks will be replaced with centipede grass sod
