57 Bahama 1" Rock Installation

On January 6, 2026, Carolina Upkeep LLC completed a rock installation project for a residence in the Lakeside Crossing neighborhood of Conway, SC. The work focused on the landscaping beds around the property and involved installing 57 Bahama 1" rock to refresh the bed surfaces and address plant access needs.

We installed a two-inch layer of 57 Bahama 1" rock across the designated landscaping beds. The rock was spread evenly to achieve the specified two-inch depth, creating a consistent surface across the flat areas where the work took place. Using a uniform layer helped ensure the appearance and coverage were even throughout the beds.

A fabric liner was placed beneath the rock in each landscaping bed. The liner was installed on the flat surface prior to spreading the rock, so it sits directly under the two-inch rock layer. This fabric liner was used throughout the installed areas as part of the standard installation for this project.

As part of the installation, we placed holes in the fabric liner at plant locations. These holes were intentionally positioned so the plants could be watered properly through the dirt beneath the liner. The openings allow water and irrigation to reach root zones while the liner and rock remain in place above the soil.

The project was carried out on the flat sections of the landscaping beds in Lakeside Crossing. Working on a flat surface allowed us to spread the 57 Bahama 1" rock evenly and maintain the two-inch layer without additional grading during this visit. The work focused on covering the beds in a consistent manner while preserving plant watering access.

Carolina Upkeep LLC documented the installation on January 7, 2026, and completed the fabric liner placement, hole locations for watering access, and the two-inch spread of 57 Bahama 1" rock within the landscaping beds. The job covered the specified flat areas of the property in Conway, SC, and followed the process described for this type of landscape rock installation.
